    They Offer high package with awesome incentives. Challenging environment. Even a peon is treated with high regards.

    Inconvénients

    They Offer high package with awesome incentives (with no intention to pay because they have no sales, no investors, no vendors and payment gates as well as banks are after the neck of the CEO since they are in debt of over 2 crores as on December 2016). Challenging environment (since irrespective of your qualification, work profile and PQE, you will be involved in software design, customer care and even legal matters. Additionally, every day either police will call for the CEO asking money and you will be asked to convince them that the CEO is a honest man will pay THEIR money within 15 days). Even a peon is treated with high regards (cuz there were only 5 employees CEO, President, one MBA lady, one lawyer and one peon after I left. Even the security providers had withdrawn their services since they were not paid since 4 months. Sweeping, dusting etc. was carried out by a house help of CEO, that too once a week).
