There are some great employees still left, they have great products, and a motivating mission.
Inconvénients
Stonyfield has changed so much. There has been turnover of many tenured employees, benefits and programs have changed for the worse, and there is a general lack of leadership across the organization in many different departments. A lot of decisions are dictated by the parent company, and what once made Stonyfield a great place to work no longer exists.
