      - Culture, culture, culture: Bureaucracy, zero mentorship, bad treatment, long hours, working on weekends / holidays - Performance management is a joke, fluffy OKRs - "Virtues" instead of values where you dont have integrity or respect mentioned in any of them

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
