Avantages
PPL is a very nice place to work. I have pride in the fact that I work for a company with such rich history, mostly wonderful people, and a culture that supports work-life balance.
Inconvénients
It's a lean organization, so there are not many opportunities for promotion once you hit a certain level. However, senior leadership is aware of this and is actively looking make improvements, such as getting exposure to different groups, etc.

Keep looking for ways to create more opportunities for your employees so they don't leave the organization for a better position. Also, your competitors are offering their employees more flexible work arrangements, so work to be more competitive in this area.
