Best Culture Among Big Four Firms

This is a Big Four firm with all the expected bells and whistles (i.e., competitive pay, lots of opportunities, resources, and benefits). The difference with KPMG is that they have much less of an “up and out” culture as compared to other Big Four firms. I was delighted to discover an excellent corporate culture that values and supports diversity.
Inconvénients
As with the rest of the Big Four, it can be notoriously difficult to transfer between practices, sectors, or even service lines. This is not really a knock on KPMG since the entire Big Four struggles with this. It’s simply a reality of business that when you are a valued resource, a Partner and/or Project Manager will not willingly want to let you go unless it benefits them.
