    Avantages

    - Engaged, driven people - Considerable variety in your work based on which engagement you are on - Amazing perks, although those have taken a hit with covid - The organization's overall response to covid, so far, has been a model other companies should aspire to - deep, thorough communication, and the cutting out of bonuses and perks before actually letting people go.
