    As in any Corporate Company, the non stop changes are something to either to get used to it or move on. The company is metrics driven and is pushing for the ultimate results at the bottom line with a very weak sales & new business focus. Everything that could be outsourced was and it definitely impacts performance of many departments. High reliability on temp force has shown to be a challenge as well. The decision...

    Re-focus, re-start and re-organize so that anyone working there get a measure of the satisfaction being part of this organization. Stop open door policy -it does not work, it only creates a discord. Get an actual Human Resources person on site so that employees have a chance to vocalize their concerns or challenges. Lastly, move on with technology. It is time.
