*ESI does not want to pay lower-level people a competitive wage. *Those of us on the frontlines are treated with disrespect and condescension. *ESI seems to believe in having one person do the jobs of 5 people. *ESI wants "quality", but does not want to pay for quality. *Committees are formed to create bogus morale boosters; however, the activities are geared towards upper management!
