    Starting pay and benefits are amazing.

    Real talent and technical experience gets passed up for people that know people. You have managers and coaches that don't know how to do their job. They basically talk around the issues like a car salesman and then try to lead pass the customer without actually fixing or assisting the customer's issue. We have managers that sit at their desk and play Nintendo Switch all day with some of their employees (which happen to...

You think an employee that can lead pass high numbers is the right person for the job and you become blind to their lack of leadership and understanding of the actual position they are in.
