Avantages
One of the best careers I’ve ever had and I have nothing but positive things to say about Danone. They truly care about you and the work/life balance are wonderful.
Inconvénients
Other than a fully remote environment, nothing negative.

Avantages
Very generous training resources and benefits (especially around maternity/paternity/parental leave). Opportunity to work on well-known national (and even global) brands, and learn the building blocks of brand management. Many people are very kind and have a collaborative mindset.
Inconvénients
Pay is not commensurate with the industry. The culture, especially within brand/categories, is contingent on the business unit you play in. Some business units have stronger, more engaged cultures than others, and some brands will get the lion’s share of resources, recognition, and opportunities for growth. As for promotions, recognize that it is not always related to performance, but more so who knows you (not always who you know). Some teams will have higher turnover as a result of the aforementioned, very generous parental leave, which can allow for information gaps and development issues for newer marketers. Training for new managers leaves a lot to be desired.
