Pay is mediocre Benefits are ok Company is constantly cutting positions and awarding "promotions" that are more work with little pay Constant state of short staffing Distracted by unnecessary stuff and non-priorities Leadership often gives conflicting directions Want employees to take actions but then crucify if not exactly how they want
