Avantages

-really friendly group of people; people from different departments eat lunch with one another and hang out after work
-there are some really strong bonds here
-understanding and accommodative; if you have something going on in your personal life, there is always a workaround so that you can deal with personal matters and still contribute productively
-Ceridian invest a lot in their employees in terms of knowledge; they empower people with constant learning (e.g. sit down sessions, webinars etc)
-social place where people feel comfortable being themselves

Inconvénients

-interior design is not the greatest, kinda bland and boring
-coffees not the best

    Avantages

    Ceridian has a strong employee focused culture that is easy going and friendly. Employees are helpful.

    Inconvénients

    Sometimes workload can be heavy which is the nature of the role. Management addresses this wherever they can and employees have flexibility to manage their own time as needed to balance the work load

    Conseils à la direction

    Cycliccal nature of implementation adds to a heavy workload and downtime on 1 project could align with high time on another project, so mentally there is no down time, and this should be considered as it can affect employee morale.

    Avantages

    Strong product, vision, and future prospects. Lot of friendly coworkers.

    Inconvénients

    Witnessed the Chief Marketing Officer intentionally attempt to sabotage several colleagues' & friends' careers in order to further her own personal agendas. Marketing leadership is unable to recognize where value is being brought to the organization and is like a fish out of water, failing to understand how to adequately add value.

    There is a poisonous level of favouritism throughout upper management that has a widespread effect across the organization. Even though transparency is considered one of the key values of the company, it is all a facade to improve external perception and Glassdoor ratings; there is a constant internal promotion of "look how great our culture is".

    Stop pretending to care about your employees and their careers when the only consideration that is constant is about personal benefit.
