    Avantages

    Les employes sont sympas et l’entreprise fait souvent preuve de reconnaissance envers ses employés(repas gratuit, carte cadeau, etc.)

    Inconvénients

    Quand tu travailles de nuit tu fais pas beaucoup d’heures si tu es un occasionnel a moins que tu enchaines des doubles shift

    Avantages

    Hardly any at all. Most of the people are good to work with, however the company is very political. If you make it a point, you can leave on time as overtime is not paid. If you do not take days of in lieu of working on stat days, they will not give you that time off.

    Inconvénients

    - long hours - if you are a salaried associate then no over time is paid - Paid vacation is only 2 weeks, sometimes 3 weeks if you manage to negotiate that when you join. Even if you are willing to forfeit a weeks' pay for 5 days off, they are reluctant to let you take it. - most of the Distribution Centers are short staffed and they do not seem to be in any hurry to hire replacements for people who have left... (many due to having incompetent supervisors/managers). - you are expected to work every Stat holiday except for Christmas day as this is the only day the DCs are closed. - If any changes happen and they affect your work, time, etc, it is never discussed with you. - there is no coverage if you are away - Many 'Managers' are not trained and you will be lucky if you even receive your year end review. Some Managers are quite rude in their tone as well. Some new 'proteges' have no respect for others and are harsh in their dealings. - The benefits are okay but they can and should do better.

    - Rethink your strategy - you say your people are your assets, then walk the talk! and treat them like human beings with respect and pay people for the work they are doing - rethink your benefits and increase your vacation if you are not giving stat days off and not paying for overtime.
