Lightspeed is in the process gaining some much needed independence from CDK, the business is growing at a very healthy rate!
Inconvénients
There have been some controversial changes happening outside of the Lightspeed organization, changes that tend to make associates feel less stable with a company overall.

Passionate, dedicated people working hard to keep the company going despite constant interference from upper management. Good pay, okay-ish health benefits. Unlimited time off is nice, but it's also a way to make sure they don't have to pay you for it when they let you go. Very flexible work from home options.
Inconvénients
I have been told to do more with less for my entire time at CDK. Tech departments are down to single people supporting entire applications in the internal contracting pipeline. The CEO is a reaper. He is there to cut every single dollar he can, whether it was well-spent or not. The recent employee shift to Genpact (700+ people) has absolutely gutted morale. They told us it was to avoid layoffs -- I'm sure it was. There are a lot of veteran employees in that group of people, and the cost of the severance packages alone would have been staggering. Upper management says that the shift to Genpact was because they couldn't hire talent. Leave it to Brian MacDonald solve a hiring problem by soft-firing 700 people. I do not recommend working here.
