    Avantages

    One of the best call centre companies or there. Driven, competitive pay.

    Inconvénients

    As they strive to be the best, they keep asking their staff to do more, take on more, and put the stress on to work more and more. There is quickly no work life balance

    Support staff need the work life balance or your churn rate of staff will stay high. Employee opinion survey is not unbiased - people are afraid of repercussions if they are honest. Sr leadership does not live the values, if they did I would want to work at that company.

    Excellent vision. They care a lot about their clients. At the time I thought the benefits were great

    I think that they focused to much on their clients desires and didn't balance that with what their employees could reasonably manage

    -It was a steady pay cheque.
    -Benefits

    Inconvénients

    I worked for Teletech for 11 years and was fired in my 12th year with the company because I was sick. It was great to give the company 11 years of service only to be terminated in my 12th year. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
    -Inconsistant adaption of policies
    -Management who was not supportive at all
    -Lack of training, just expected to pick up the new skills/responsibilities assigned.
    -Lack of coaching, feedback model NOT followed.
    -No room for advancement unless you knew someone or were friends with the right people, promotions were not given to those who were a match for the job, but rather given to buddies of managers, sups etc.

    I could seriously go on and on. Please, please, please do your research on this company!!

    Management should have spent time listening to employees instead of thinking they knew everything, when really they didn't know too much when it came to being on the front line selling or providing customer support or technical support depending on what client you were supporting. The people who were managers in the Orillia call centre had an attitude that they were too good for anyone else, and unless you kissed their butt or were friends with them you were not even on their radar for promotions etc. Look at all your employees not just your clique or friends. Maybe remember what it was like taking calls (if you ever had to) and realize that the people on the front lines matter.

    good paid hour- bonus check they pay thirty percent additional when you make sell

    Inconvénients

    unqualified supervisor, they seldom offer day-shift shedules and very strict
