    Inconvénients

    Change is the only constant so we move so fast that sometimes work is redundant or not as well planned out as it should be for optimal effectiveness. Sometimes Political. Leadership is stale in the Customers for Life organization.

    Org Structure and communication of progress and vision can be improved in the commercial business unit for scaled programs execution. Difficult to understand who does what.

    Hard to affect change and drive product direction that is meaningful to the market as opposed to the "cool" flavor of the month being driven from the top down.

    Avantages

    I was working as a contractor at Salesforce for several years and was very impressed with the company culture. They have an incredible sense of inclusion and really value their employees. The work/ life balance is incredible and there is a lot of management encouragement to spend time with the family.

    Inconvénients

    I can't think of any cons... it's likely the most rewarding company that I've worked with.

    Avantages

    There are some pockets of Salesforce that are safe for minorities, and some managers who promote based on merit (and not skin tone).

    Inconvénients

    Minorities are less likely to get acknowledged and promoted even though they exceeded expectations, receive high ratings, and outperform their peers. Minorities are not likely to receive credit for their work. Minorities are more likely to be the first ones to lose their roles in a reorganization.

    Look in the mirror. Senior leadership is made up of mostly white men. Tony Prophet has no leverage in the company and is no more than what the leadership team tried to portray: to check the equality box. When you let a group of white men take over an organization, track to see who gets promoted (hint: white men), who are the new hires (hint: white people), and who gets terminated because their roles are no longer...

    Amazing benefits that cover all life aspects (insurance, well-being, time off, parental leave etc 1:1:1 model where the company donates 1% of it's product, 1% of its profit and 1% of the employees' work hours

    Corporate work - politics over territory, long processes, physical distance from high level managers

    Company is imploding. The 3-4% annual merit raises aren’t good enough. Existing employee salaries are sub-par. No RSUs or stocks given to employees anymore.     Inconvénients

    I was asked that question when I interviewed candidates for an open position and I had a hard time answering the question. There are the typical large company issues such as many groups to coordinate when working on something, a bit of politics and bureaucracy and a lot of processes.
