      People legitimately care about others here and will always seek out doing what’s right - meaning personal conflicts are drastically reduced, political dramas are kept at bay. People are also VERY intelligent so decisions are made fast and people come up with proactive ways of doing things!

      Inconvénients

      Having grown from a small company the inside ‘click’ of senior managers is a bit intimidating and impenetrable imo so it’s easier to feel unappreciated or undervalued.

      - As the company is still growing and ensuring to provide quality work to its clients, i tends to be more client focused which ends up affecting the efficiency and structures that can be in place within the company - working hours are a bit long but gets better as you adjust
