    The only con is you have to be self-motivated! No one can do the work for you, but you will have all the support and coaching you need to be as successful as our top Area Directors in the country!

    Avantages

    N2 provides an environment where you are encouraged to work hard, and it gets rewarded. Two week Christmas break is awesome! You work with like-minded people who are excited to be at work. Leadership is easily accessible and genuinely cares for everyone who works for N2. The company culture is as advertised, absolutely incredible!!

    Avantages

    Great opportunity to make good money without having to work 9-5 Interesting day to day functions. One day you're making sales calls, the next you're interviewing/selling a business owner, the next you're taking pictures of someone's pet and the next you're playing events coordinator. Or not. You can basically hire out any positions within your company.

    Ineffective method for most business owners to get more leads/jobs Not enough focus on the current clients needs & wants If you're effective at selling the product - then you're promoted - no matter how useless you are in other facets of business/culture/ability Company was built entirely with only sales reps at the helm. This resulted in an unusual product

You can say "It's not a direct response product" as many times as you want - but there needs to be some response. It's the same for any sales - it's the amount of eyes you can get on your business.     Great company culture with lots of encouragement from everyone you meet! N2covers at least half of the cost of your hotel for all training and will cover all of it if you room with another Area Director which works out well if you already know someone or meet someone you wouldn't mind rooming with for a conference which honestly isn't difficult since you meet so many great people.     Inconvénients

    You don't get paid until you go to print which sucks because that takes some time, but it's not that bad if you are used to a sales environment or if you are currently self employed. There should be a better process in place to help with the sale of National accounts into new pubs that are ramping up. It would help by motivating you as you're working to get to print.

    Lack of decent pay. A bottom-tier health insurance plan that will cost you upward sales of 3-6x what you’d typically pay, as well as having to change providers 90% of the time. The structure of the company doesn’t realistically allow for growth within the design department. The pay is definitely not sustainable for anyone outside of the “single/no kids” lifestyle.
