    Avantages

    Honest, Integrity, and collaboration are the three tenants of this company. I have been with Collaborative Solutions for a year and half now and without a doubt the culture at this company lives up to the name. The culture truly is one of collaboration and support from the top of the organization to bottom. I am really enjoying working for this company.

    Inconvénients

    Demanding work schedules and travel. This company is working on growing their practice and their areas of expertise and there is quite a bit of effort needed to support that. This isn't necessarily a con; I actually enjoy the opportunities that are becoming available because of the growth.

    Love the work. Leadership is dedicated to delivering for customers. Employees are always ready to help one another. Company continues to improve on culture and benefits as they grow.

    Inconvénients

    We need some consistency with some deliverables but the organization is working on this activity. It might take some time.

    Avantages

    Compensation is average to slightly below average. Ability to work remotely. Casual dress is mostly encouraged. Pockets of people seek to grow into a more mature consulting company, though how to do it is not entirely realized. Opportunity to work across multiple customers, markets, and industries

    Inconvénients

    HR and executives request employees to post positive reviews here several times per year. The result is overly optimistic, artificially high remarks. Company methodology is dated. In the Workday ecosystem, CS is widely known as an "order taker" versus a consultancy that guides customers to a better solution than where they are coming from. This results in customers transferring bad practices into a new software tool.... Internally, politics and bureaucracy rule the day. It is all about who you know and how much you fit into their flawed methodology. Promotions, perks, respect, etc. are only tied to this. This is not a "pay for performance" company. Performance reviews are completely subjective as there is no promotion criteria, core competencies, values, etc. documented or communicated. Ethics are highly questionable. Company sells prospective clients on how CS was a first adopter of using Workday internally but the truth is, yes, CS has an account but they do not use it for anything. A lot of false promises and "under-delivery". Look elsewhere unless you are a new college grad or are coming knowing multiple senior resources.

    Excellent 'collaboration' environment, they do truly live their name. The people that work with this up and coming firm really are excellent at what they do and very much focused on overall success. There is some internal politics but much less than any company I've worked with in the last 20 years. The teams are very much driven to implementing a truly revolutionary Workday system for their clients and are... nearly always praised by their clients for the success of the projects. This company is growing into a true top-tier consulting firm and I very much look forward to the future. We are growing, if you are open to working hard, working smart, are a team player, really care about the quality of your work, then join this company

    Inconvénients

    The administrative arm of the company needs improvement, but this is not unusual for a consulting firm that has grown organically and is in the midst of going from a small to mid size consulting firm that has been extremely successful in that space to truly becoming an industry leader in the Workday ecosystem. The improvements are needed in the Health and Welfare and Retirement areas to bring this growing firm up... to the standards of the 'big boys' in the consulting business. There is a huge opportunity to move forward here and I believe this will continue to improve as the company grows.

    Continue doing what your doing with the staff, the projects you are selling, the messages you are sending, and the overall growth you are achieving. Evaluate the ability to improve specifically the retirement/401k offerings. It's been a great experience so far for me and I really look forward to the next 5-10 years. Great Company!

    Inconvénients

    Mostly virtual so it is hard to meet other co-workers especially if you are not close to an office Typical growing pains of a small growing company
