    Avantages

    Great exposure, one of the only place where you can really develop a car from scratch. You work on a whole system rather than just on one component like for many other OEM. Great business outlook with very exciting years to come.

    Inconvénients

    Politics is crazy for such a small company. Project management is very poor so that can be frustrating. HR is a dinosaur, unfortunately they're still rooted in the 80s and consider people very much as an annoyance that need to be managed.

    Forget about politics, sack the dinosaurs and let competent people do their job.

    Pay is more of a pro than a con

    Inconvénients

    Very slow, almost feels like laziness to address HR issues
    Business makes some very odd decisions - almost isn't run like a business, opportunities that clearly make money are suppressed and money is spent on areas that never generate any business efficiencies which translate into profit.

    Use the appraisal system correctly to identify where people are not satisfied and where possible, make efforts to address any issues.

    Avantages

    People for the most part start out good. Bright eyed, energetic and motivated.
    Pride in the good name of a 102 year old iconic brand

    Inconvénients

    Steady downhill erosion in primarily everything the company stood for due to arrogance of management practices Underfunded, understaffed, inexperienced new workers taking the place of capable experienced employees who after a couple years make mass exodus from the daily horrific conditions presented to them by psychotic managers who's only goal is to extract every last cent out of unsuspecting customers by using employees to execute their nefarious plans. This one is the "B" team folks. Run away as fast as you can and do not look back.

    Sell the company while it's still worth something before you ruin the lives of the good folks still trying to make a living at this company. Stodgy ancient British management who places ill-tempered unbalanced Germans in positions of authority to make terrible business decisions and then create a culture of finger pointing and blame. Did not realize just how absolutely awful this company is until I quit and could clearly see their deceitful ways to workers and customers.
