Best thing about the package in canada is the $1500 yearly benefit for private care.
Paid in USD which is a really nice thing when the dollar is low
free food, good vacation package
Generous benefits package - employer pays all premiums. Additional programs for new parents, illness and long-term service. RRSP/DPSP is confusing but offered. Work from home was a great benefit before Marissa Mayer axed it. Commuter benefit and gym subsidy were great. Free lunch was nice but options were rarely healthy and balanced. Having an employee stock purchase program was nice, again, until Marissa Mayer axed it.
Great package overall, of course it would always be nice to have more for phsio, chiro, massage, etc.
