I have no idea how to be a beneficiary. I did not have to get to that point. But if a team member is sick and leaves, the others pick up the work. There are no temps, replacements, etc. hired
They flag you for absenteeism if you call in sick often.
They tell you not to come in if you're sick, and when you work with immuno-suppressed clients, this is vital. However, they give you a warning letter when you take too many sick days off... even when you have doctor's notes! At least they give you sick leave.
