There isnt one, they do not reward staff. If the staff want a christmas party they have to pay and earn the time off to have it.
Fruity Friday and a free mug at Christmas.
For a short-term job as a Driver Helper, UPS was very generous in its benefits package, in return for good service. If I worked the full contracted hours in the run-up to christmas, without any leave, then I would be given £100. This gave good motivation to be reliable at work, and I got rewarded for my efforts
Benefits are basic - medical insurance, pension, etc. No flexible working, bonus, employee benefits, etc...........
They have a perks website where you get points on purchases (that are not competitive at the value they are being sold at) and discounted cinema tickets (which is the best value). Linked to leisure parks means there are discounts for Merlin entertainment venues such as Thorpe park but I don't know if there are good value. The company also provide food for different times of the year as a treat. No Christmas bonus, just chocolate and a mug.
Good pension scheme, staff discounts through certain chains. Cheap staff shipping rates. Cashback scheme through Perks at Workj
Its an early morning start so you best be able to adapt your sleep patterns or suffer the consequences.
There's a decent staff discount offered when shipping your own items anywhere. There is also a good variety of special offers available for shops and holidays etc
