Discounts on their product after a certain time, health insurance is the usual for Canada standards, two weeks vacation, no extended leave, no pension plan
Good health and medical benefits
none of the benefits are worth getting, as the company says they pay your premiums, however take a look at your pasted, they actually deduct it from your pay. so technically you still pay for insurance
The benefits plan is pretty good and is paid for 100% by the company for employee, but need to pay if you have dependents
Only 5 paid sick days for most staff, otherwise you're using vacation time while sick to get paid. Poor vision coverage in benefits. Pricey benefits package, especially if you have dependents on the plan, it's really expensive then.
'Vacation/Travel Perks' No guarantee of a discount on product and the dates you want. Often I was bumped to my 4-5 choice tour. It's easier to almost get the same discount as a paying passenger or as a travel agent who sells your product. No real incentive to experience the tours if traveling on your own is cheaper and fits better around your schedule.
Full coverage dental benefits are a huge plus for The Travel Corporation.
they are extremely generous with their benifits.
Great Benefit plan, however no family coverage, if you wish to cover your dependants, it is a high cost
Good benefit package with prescription, drug and dental insurance. Paid Sick day. Paid Vacation day. No RRSp contribution matching
