Great benefit package. cant think anything worst about it.

Benefits for eye glasses only covered $200 where other company provide $300 plus full eye exam coverage.

80% coverage against $500 a year in RMT/physio,etc. Dental was good - up to 70% coverage on most procedures. Mat leave was awful - no coverage whatsoever.

Company matched pension to a maximum of 5%. Optional health benefits was very expensive and not too beneficial

Rrsp matching was great, 10% of your wage. Worst thing was only full time employees had access to benefits, so if hours were cut employees would lose their benefits.

Benefits packages to those that worked more than 32 hours a weeks. 10% off discount + 5% red card. Some employees were even granted sick time.

Very Basic Plan.. High Out of Pocket Costs. But Good Benefits Mgmt Co. I have had worse before.. Easy to put through benefits online and manage

Nothing really good. I would assume they would give me time off, but I had to really fight for it.
