Good mid term incentive package
Flex days, and prior experience for vacation eligibility. Health spending account and fitness credit.
Travel allowance, meal allowance, health and dental benefits
Great package; full health benefits, savings and profit sharing
Consultant rates were competitive at that time with the market, I'd go back there again. My colleagues that I dealt with were generally happy to work there.
Great benefits package - health plan, flex savings/health account, fitness subsidy
It was expensive for the monthly employee deductions considering what you got. Even the top guy told us to take the benefits allocated money and shop for medical/dental coverage elsewhere.
You receive flex credits that you use to purchase benefits. The health insurance is so expensive you are better off opting out and paying for things yourself. If you have a huge family and a lot of health issues it may be worthwhile, but if not the cost for 90% coverage is roughly the cost of paying for it yourself. There are many exceptions to the health and dental insurance that won't allow you to claim specific things. All Executives get 100% coverage for everything. The give 15 flex days and start at 15 vacations days per year. 3 flex days must be used over Christmas, this is not optional. They offer a savings plan that requires you purchasing company stock and them matching your investment, however because of company performance this has very little value. The offer a fitness subsidy.
