This is the best thing, I don't know if I could leave the company and give this up.
Some teams have the flexibility of choosing Employee 'Type' as resident or mobile. If you are mobile worker you get the flexibility of working from home. This is team dependant and you are expected to come to office for meetings or atleast twice a week. But overall mobility is encouraged and you can choose your office vs home days.
This is the most helpful benefit provided. But no allowance for internet or phone calls.
