Part time employees did not receive performance bonuses. But there were sales quotes that we had to meet per month.

It is too small, unattainable & based on high pressure sales. Employees are lifted against each other to complete for "top dog" status to win prizes. Semi annual bonus is based on peer average.
TD has a good performance bonus.
