« If lucky enough to earn the maximum amount of vacation for a salary employee, you still need to take 8 hours unpaid leave to take 2 complete blocks off. »
« Good matching RRSP plan along with savings plan. »

Good flexible and generous benefits package
The new Parental leave top-up program.
You are forced to "select" your benefits, in levels of 1-3, and can only move up or down one point at a time per year. You also have to pay to top up the benefits if you want full coverage, and even then you have to pay for some basic dental work. Worst benefits program I have ever been a member of.
Very good overall benefit with bonus included. However the stress level and pressure from higher management team are also high.
Benefits are sub par. and no paid time off days for operation staff
Best thing is the comprehensive nature of the package. works is the limited paramedical limit.
Health and wellness benefits are good if you are single, adding beneficiaries takes away from the total package. And employee portion was average.
Vacation and flex days are generous.
Lower overall base salary compensation. The company make it up on Bonus and Share Options
You get benefits if you're hired as full time eployee only, but if you're a contractor that you have to provide and arrange for yourself.
