Flex dollars are quite generous, but plan premiums are expensive. Only way to get full coverage is to put dollars in the Health Spending Account and expense through there, instead of using them to pay for dental premiums. Don't expect to get full coverage if you're more than one person. Pretty sad for a benefits company.
Easy submission and tracking of your benefits. There are three tiers of benefits you can apply for depending on your coverage needs. There are also health spending accounts and personal spending accounts you can participate in which can help cover miscellaneous costs.
It is a good plan, but the advisors pay for this, not the company
Offer a set amount of "dollars" based on your salary+bonus percent that you use to purchase coverage. Any leftover amount can be directed elsewhere (HSA, PSA, RRSP or taken as cash)
