When Magnitude software bought Simba Tech the promised 10% bonus 2 years ago. That never happened!
Worst: The group plan is very restrictive and insurance claims are often denied or not approved in full.
Performance bonus is clearly unattainable for creation since taken over by Magnitude Software.
you were asked to take the lower pay during the interview and/or job offer with a hint you may receive adjustment 6 months later. however you will never get it. you were asked to do a lot of overtime work without hoping you can be recognized and/or promoted soon. only to find the company is experiencing financial crisis and there is going to be no performance bonus nor raise.
Not much good about best, just an extended health package which is not very good. Worst no MSP, 10 days of vacation only. and nothing else
