Good sick leave and vacation days
Pros: Good extended medical benefits for full-time employees, they match contribution to RRSP, taking time off and/or vacation is usually flexible (but depends on your Associate/Owner) Cons: Little support for your mental health or well-being, no provision or means of relaxation/destress at workplace
Excellent comprehensive benefits and Pharmacist Bonus yearly
The benefits are great there are many different packages to choose from depending on what you suits you. You also get a discount as an employee which is great!
Great benefits package flexible options and great coverage really promotes a good work life balance
No benefit for part time
really nice boss that takes days you cannot work into consideration. very welcoming to students who have irregular schedules.
Benefits are for fulltime employees who are scheduled over 32 hours a week or more. They include dental, Rx, massage, eye etc. You can have family or single coverage. The company also has an RRSP plan that you can join through payroll deduction. Great for ppl who do have a financial advisor or who contribute to RRSP's on their own. Also a great employee discount of 20 percent off priced items. Plus dont forget optimum points on every dollar spent.
Shoppers discount, insurance benefit package
Im part time, so no benefits.
