You earn minimum wage but you get health and dental plan

Basic medical, dental. Doesn't cover MSP, doesn't offer any quality of life benefits of any kind. Vision benefits cut in half this year while our contributions went up. Benefits administrator is actually incompetent and is completely clueless when it comes to her job. You can expect to waste an immense amount of your time if you ever need to interact with her about anything, and you should always triple check anything she does because there are almost always mistakes. No benefits in terms of opportunities for furthering education or anything like that. Lowest common denominator.
It takes six months to start benefits. And it's only 80% coverage.
They get you bluecross and once you turn corp they make you sign for a larger bluecross pay which allows you to make less money than you did before your raise, They wont let you cancel your benefits either,

You get some massages and therapeutic like physio, as well as free exam with the doctor for your eyes and $200 towards glasses every two years and you get a certain amount of thousand or two coverage for your teeth in a year so overall it's not too bad you can extend ya.
