Personally I found they are flexible with time off and worklife balance
Great benefits package. Easy to deal with insurance company. They were easy to submit claims with.
Least benefits with no benefits
The best things are the retirement savings matching program, flexible time and working from home; the worst things are no paternity leave benefits and the Insurance provider-- Sunlife. It's not easy to make claims and coordinate benefits. I think Sunlife does this on purpose to discourage you from making claims.
Good health benefits ,extended health care paid leave and flexible work time
The benefit package seems to be what the norm is in the industry. You have RRSP matching contribution, pension plan, medical, dental, gym, etc.
I was a contract employee so there were no benefits involved.
There is no benefits package available to discus at the moment with this employer.
Full basic benefits from starting point. Plan could be updated to include other relevant benefits such as Gym memberships, Public transport pass, etc..
Benefits package is average with the marketplace in the industry
