Very generous benefits package: you have fixed $'s to spend on the flexible medical/dental insurance coverage customized to suit your needs, but also an additional health spending account to cover 'lifestyle balancing needs' such as child care, gym membership, weight loss program, vision care expenses in excess of insurance coverage, etc. Company also shuts down between Christmas and New Years which is not counted as vacation time.
