Great plan, again you work for it and you will need time off due to the volumes
It compensates employees well, feel taken care of.
on par with other FIs
3 weeks vacation for entry level
Vacation allowances could use improvement. The delay to reach the maximum weeks of vacation time is at 20 years, which makes the gap from 10 to 20 too long to have to wait for an extra week off.
2 weeks paid vacation if choose in peak season(essentially summer time), 3 weeks paid in slow season. sick leave is almost unlimited but will reflect in your year end bonus. so take accordingly.
I don't know if that benefit still applies, but for employees with only 1-3 years of employment can get 3 weeks of vacation pay if they take all their vacation time during "winter months" (at RBC and other banks as I learned) i.e., November through May, unless extended by specific departments. Otherwise it's two weeks for the first three years. After three years, the "winter months" rule is dropped so three weeks by the forth year. Four weeks after ten years, five weeks after 20 (maximum).
limited coverage on most plans
flexible vacation as long as team manager approves
