Opaque commission structure, not based on actual revenues earned. Base salary was decent, but the company is very focused on hiring graduate employees so you are not surrounded by a great deal of top tier talent which really hampers your ability to learn from strong mentors within the business.
80% dental coverage and PTO
4 weeks vacation, Health and Dental, discounted gym membership, RRSP
Premium benefits package for everyone. 4 weeks vacation from Day1
Good company benefits, such as pension, 21 days vacation and health benefits.
The health benefits are very comprehensive. There is a GoodLife corporate rate.
I like how your bonuses are based on personal performance, and that they are attainable. 4 weeks vacation is fantastic for a new grad job.
Amazing benefits plan. RRSP matching with full benefits although 80% dental.
4 weeks holidays which is quite rare but you do have to work long hours
Typical benefits package, I'm happy with it. The only issue is that the long term disability has been taken out of the benefits package, which I deem to be quite important. Other than that, no issues at all.
