PNI's benefits are really good, definitely better than most companies. There's a lot of flexibility depending on your manager.

The benefits package at PNI is very good. 3+1 weeks vacation, sick day, personal day, health insurance, retirement plan and so forth.

The extended medical was comprehensive, along with a $400/year wellness benefit. They also had group fitness classes during the week but space was limited to a very small number. Unfortunately the rarely used Staples staff discount was only 15% on merchandise 10% on electronics.
