Up to 4% RRSP matching, full medical and dental for all staff. Great package all things considered, definitely one of the perks of working for P2.

Best thing: health insurance is decent, transportation allowance for bus passes or parking, and a health care spending account Worst thing: the PTO is a joke. Sick days and vacation days together are a real bummer.

Health care spending account is nice. Bonus structure is good if you work hard. Time off is given in the form of PTO days without a separate bank of sick days to draw on - this is obviously intended to cut down on people cheating the system, but it means if you get sick, you have to use up your vacation time to recover. This results in people coming in to the office when they aren't feeling well, and spreading their illness to other employees. I've seen this happen multiple times in the last few years and it's extremely annoying - just give everyone 5 sick days they can use over and above their PTO - yes, some people will abuse that system, but if it means that fewer sick people come in to work, you'd see fewer other employees getting sick as a result.
