« 40% off before taxes during shift only. 25% off on days off »

The worst thing is you pay more than what it would cost you to get a benefits package from anywhere else
No benefits for servers. Managers only get access to benefits
There are no benefits for employees except for senior management
Pros: Good medical insurance. Free meals when working. There is a bonus structure. Cons: The bonus structure isn't very exciting/compensates little.
As a part timer worker there was literally nothing regarding benefits. They actually cut us before the 3 hour minimum and did not pay us the legal minimum 3 hour pay per shift
There was no benefits package; just basic pay and monthly tip-out. Management's keeping of staff costs low meant a mostly inflexible schedule and minimal time off.
Do not have benefits.
There are no benefits as a non-salary employee.
- Benefits barely covered the cost of anything but were quite expensive to pay into - Employee discount of 25% for Head Office staff is laughable (and likely going down soon, but the sounds of things)
It's a great package they look after their people
