A good program to buy into once at the appropriate length of employment. Good benefits plan. Dental could have been higher, only one cleaning every 9 months.
50% off food while working, I think its 25 that applies across all CARA companies that you can apply to a small group - alcohol not included. Flexible time off. One negative is if you go to book off for a extended amount of time you are forced to quit... so the max amount of time in a chunk you can book off is one month at which point you are considered to have quit and if you wish to return you have to go through the onboarding training process again.

There is no benefits package. Disappointing but not entirely unexpected.
You will be required to work a set amount of hours to qualify for benefits, but if there are no guests, you will get sent home, which makes getting hours impossible (no benefits for you)
