Benefits package was comprehensive and flexible, and we could choose how it was applied to best suit our own particular circumstances. Best thing about the package was the flexibility, and the worst thing was that it was probably about average for the industry, rather than exceptional, considering the size and prestige of the company.

Microsoft is very good at providing excellent benefits to its employees. We have dental and medical coverage. A number of other fitness benefits with additional supportive programs as well. We also have stock and RRSP programs which are excellent. Microsoft is a very caring and understanding employer whom provides all the supports a person would ever need. Microsoft is committed to being inclusive and providing a support environment for diversity. I could not be happier with the supports and benefits this company has afforded me.
