Pension plan good, but not as good for new recruits. Private healthcare for self but option for family members has been withdrawn. Worst thing is lack of stock plan or stock options, the bonus scheme doesn't make up for that.

Great flexible hours and working from home. Pension is generous. However, this compensates for poor bonus scheme.
