(Contract with LanguageLine as interpreter) Flexible hours, work at home at your own comfort, competitive hourly wage for a great part time job. But would not recommend as a full time job, interpreting is exhaustive and requires full attention all the time when you are on shift.
I have not much idea about the benefits package at Kelly service, because i new to Canada.i have only 1 weak experience in this company.
Benefits effective following month after start date. 2 weeks vacation , 3 weeks on next calendar year
Great part of joining the company is that benefits are provided from the first day you join the the company...
Cake for Birthday, 80% dental and other medical coverage. RRSP contribution matching after 2 years employment. No flex in schedule, was told work from home was possible but seemed like they did not trust people to work from home.
they have great staff and benefits
Worst- no health benefits, no paid vacation. Vacation pay is only the 4% that is in your pay cheque.
You take days off as needed and as approved by your sponsor. You are paid hourly so there is a lot of flexibility as long as you get approved. Decent dental and vision benefits for contractors.
poor, none, no outlook cheap
There were way too many hoops to jump through to get anything, along with insane rules to follow for stat pay.
