    Not the greatest benefit package but certainly lots of variety and choice. Biggest negative is the disparity across different parts of the business as to how they apply bonuses and one-off reward payments. Bonus typically 7%-13% for middle management and then 20% for Director level Car allowance poor at just under £7000 pa
