Paid for by the company was a bonus and prescriptions were 100% covered as long as they were the generic brand. Worst thing was dental, eyewear and other health care providers had very little allowance

The best thing is that the premiums are paid for by the company. Health and Dental and Life are standard to higher than other plans I've been on. I can file a claim on-line and the money is in my bank account in 1-2 days. The coverage for glasses is a little slim, though - only $80 every 2 years. Employee Discount on purchase is awesome.

They only offered it to full time employees, even though you could be a p/t and work up to full time hours, you will never get benefits.
