« They offer their employees 50% on food while they're working but besides that there are no other benefits if you're not in the middle of your shift »
There are no benefits from what I know. There are tips divided between front and back of house.
Since I was part time, there were no benefits included in my employment. But if you are full time they give insurance benefits.
only available for minimum hours servers - not part time
I didn't have a benefits package.
The health and dental coverage is one of the best around!
They're suppose to mail you the benefit package after an X amount of time, which they never did, and after that it's harder and longer to get benefits. Training etc swallows you in a hole so I never kept track.
-Its a great benefit package, only you must work a minimum of 40 hours per week to qualify and maintaining a stable schedule is difficult.
Health benefits on offer, easy to get for salaried employees wage employees must work a minimum of 25 hours a week for 6months. 401k neutral. Vacation time average, although the longer you work there the more you get off. There are some salaried employees who get 5 weeks vacation a year. Wage employees do not get vacation time and can find it difficult to get it off depending on the manager.
The benefits were okay but did not kick in until six months after being hired. Most places operate by making you wait only three months so this was a little off putting. Overall the benefits package was decent but nothing amazing.
50% off food while working- 25% otherwise. Vacation pay is easy to collect.
