HPE Canada uses a flexible benefit program so you can craft a plan for Medical, Dental and extras that best suit your situation. The total credits permit you to get 80% coverage on everything. For retirement contributions, there is a matching RRSP / Mutual Program that matches up to 6% of what the employee contributes per month based on base salary. You can contribute more if you choose to but it's not matched. The funds have investment options to also suite your situation with low management fees. Can also get Life and Disability for you / immediate family. Overall there are lots of options.
