Flexible time and working from home.
unstable, company cuts, mergers and splits. Very good people - but always unsure what directions the company was going to take. Stressful not knowing if you or a close coworker even whole divisions were going to be there in the end as the company's merged to for a new corporation. I loved my job- always had good solid reviews. It was very sad to say good bye to so many friends.
