Time off is good, you get a bank for all your days off .. starts at 15 days, caps at 30, not including weekends or holidays so if you get a nice manager you could potentially blow 3-4 weeks (15-20 days) at once. They have a personal spending account $500 which is nice too
The annual paid leave is vacation and sick days combined so this gives you flexibility. Personal leave is also available.
