The worst is their insurance package very poor coverage. The hours you accumulate for your holidays are not even your hourly salary. Very poor package over all . You work crazy hours like 10 HOURS SHIFTS you only get an hour break and no 15 minutes breaks during that time.

Groupe dynamite offers benefits that are taken out of your paycheque biweekly. You have three options to choose from, there is no benefits, silver or gold. Gold covers everything with silver is only 50%. It takes a long process to get benefits and a lot of fitting with head office for them to approve.

I think the only good thing offered, really, is the 50% off employee discount. You do get a free outfit once a year, two if you work at a combo store, but there's no real "benefits".
